Project management and delivery is a core function of our business. We can also provide a reactive function for issues across site operations, and are set up with key supply chains to deliver a large variety of projects including mechanical, electrical, potable, IT&T and civils.
Project Design and Delivery
We have completed projects involving the installation, maintenance, removal or diversion of utilities. These utilities also include potable and surface water, waste, comms and power.
Our Project Delivery Team offer a one stop shop and have established partnering agreements with supply chains to deliver both civil and building projects. Offering design capabilities allows us to provide a design and build function, followed by a handover to our operational team. The team have successfully delivered projects ranging from £500k to £20m to date.
