The monitoring system encompasses automated total stations (ATS), inclinometers, extensometers, strain gauges and piezometers.

The ATS system operates daily, every two hours, measuring slope monitoring prisms to a specification of +/-1mm.

Abnormal conditions are notified by email and SMS alarms to key points of contact for action to be taken.

All key recording parameters are fed into a common web interface where data is stored and monitored daily to ensure conditions remain safe for work.
